Amritsar - The Golden Temple City

Brigadier General Reginald Dyer ordered his British troops to open fire at the innocent people. 400 people died and about 1000 were badly injured. The signs of the bullets can still be seen on its walls. The official border between India and Pakistan named as Wagah Border is the place which is worth seeing. Durgiana Mandir and Baba Atal Rai Tower are other destinations to visit.
